Jun Whang

Jun has 19 years of experience in the architecture and implemention of web, enterprise and desktop applications, as well as six years of experience in photography, videography, graphic design and other aspects of multimedia productions. Prior to founding Blue Wallaby, LLC, he held the position of Senior Software Architect, working directly for the Chief Technology Officer of the Portfolio Solutions division of Thomson Financial. In the 90's, he was a senior software engineer at Avid, where he helped to develop AudioVision -- a multi-award-winning, digital audio editing product for the professional film industry.

His software engineering background is balanced by his visual design sensibilities which have been augmented by education and work in photography, graphic design, computer-human user-interface design, and computer graphics.

Jun holds a BS in computer science from Columbia University, and an MS in computer science from Boston University.
